TASKS (CONTROL AREAS):

            INVENTORY CONTROL (material inventory/ finished products)

Manages raw material stock rotations

Order production parts (import components - Seals, Fittings, components) and raw materials

Maintain location of inventory before/ after delivery (FIFO)

Record monthly inventory levels and pursue accordingly

Maintain inventory space efficiently

Maintain monthly forecasts from customers; identify discrepancies

Project: Make map and train associates on the location of goods/ rules for maintaining inventory; All labels must be in English

SHIPPING/ RECEIVING

Coordinate shipment coming to/ from international suppliers

Record and track shipments as required

Inspect incoming/ outgoing shipments as required

Work with suppliers for damaged shipments (packaging or materials)

Assist in performing supplier audits

PRODUCTION PLANNING

Designate what/ how many parts to made for all departments/ shifts/ positions

Job Requirements:

Must have bachelor’s degree in manufacturing discipline or related work experience

Pre employment and Random Drug Screens (arranged by OKUNO)

Must wear required PPE and obtain certified forklift license

Timeliness is expected, accuracy is expected

Must have own transportation

Strong written and verbal communication; must be able to communicate in Japanese 

Must have valid work visa

Must be proficient in excel, customer portals and power point
