Join the Chamber’s Women’s Impact Network for an engaging panel discussion on building a positive team culture, featuring three dynamic leaders from across our region. 

Juli Fulks, Head Coach of the Marshall University Women's Basketball Team, brings a coach’s perspective on motivation, accountability, and creating a winning mindset. Angie Swearingen, President of St. Mary's Medical Center, will share insights on fostering culture in high-stakes, team-driven environments. Rounding out the panel, Megan Archer, President and CEO of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce, will guide connect these perspectives to the broader business community. 

Together, they’ll explore practical strategies for strengthening team dynamics, building trust, and leading with intention, no matter your industry. 

This event is free for Chamber members and $15 for non-members. Lunch will be provided courtesy of Kirtley Insurance. Registration is required. If you register, but cannot attend, please email chamber@huntingtonchamber.org at least 24 hours before the event date so you are not charged a $15 no-show fee.
