Lazy, technology dependent, complainers, irresponsible – all words used to describe Generation Z. Lindsey (Millennial) and Vincent (Gen Z), Marshall Rec full time employees, together have experience supervising up to 200 part time Gen Z employees. In this presentation, they will go over the intricacies of managing Gen Z employees in the contemporary workplace.
