Former President and CEO of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce, Ball now serves as Executive Director of Marshall University's iCenter, where she has helped expand innovation initiatives across WV, including launching the nationally recognized gBETA accelerator program. 

Eng serves as Assistant Provost of Academic Engagement and Innovation and Associate Professor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Marshall University, bringing expertise in design thinking, entrepreneurship, and business strategy. 

Together, they will share practical insights on how organizations can meet immediate business goals while building sustainable growth for the future.
